the german all-female boardsports magazine Golden Ride is presenting a new series of girls surf workouts in partnership with Roxy.
the programme consists of a workout routine focussed on core-strengthening exercises and surf yoga sessions.
the sessions take place outdoors in various cities in germany and austria, starting on may 03 2016 and ending on july 07 2016.
guided by professional, certified personal trainers and yoga teachers, all participants will be able to better their fitness level and prepare for the next surftrip.
apart from the full programme, there will also be sunday sessions!
the cities where the Roxy Girls Surf Workout by Golden Ride will be available are Munich, Stuttgart, Cologne, Hamburg, Berlin and Vienna.
if you’re interested in any outdoor / mountain related activities, the Alpinmesse Innsbruck is the place to be this weekend, the 15th and 16th of november 2014!
the program is so stuffed with interesting events, that it’s really hard for me to pick a few examples. i’d love to list the whole program!
besides the exhibition of new outdoor related products, there will also be lots of workshops, for example on avalanche safety, and speeches, eg by famous mountaineer Simone Moro.
the BlocAlpin bouldercup will take place at the Alpinmesse, as well as the Freeride Film Festival. phew, so many highlights!
especially interesting for all FWQ (Freeride World Qualifier contest series) contestants: the workshops on judging criteria and line selection strategies.
they are for free, but you will need to sign up in advance to secure your spot!
there is an Open Faces Judging Workshop and also a special for the ladies, focussing on preparation for the winter season, facecheck, line selection, the judging system, safety and equipment.
you get the chance to talk to the pros Nadine Wallner and Liz Kristoferitsch, as well as Sophia Mitteregger who is an FWQ Judge.
if you get the chance, move your butt over to Innsbruck and visit the Alpinmesse!
